Relaxa UK Limited – Terms and Conditions
Relaxa is a trading name of Relaxa UK Limited and Posture Group is a trading name of Relaxa UK Limited. Relaxa UK Limited will endeavor to maintain prices quoted but reserves the right to increase prices to take into consideration increases in costs. In this instance, the Customer will always be informed prior to the delivery of any service or product order.
On-Site Consultancy Services
Delivery
All services delivered by Relaxa UK Limited are for time periods pre-agreed at the point of booking. If Relaxa UK Limited’s therapists, consultants or instructors are required for additional hours then additional charges will apply and be added to the final invoice. Additional charges are at the same rate as the original service.
Cancellation
Relaxa UK Limited requires 7 days prior notice for a full booking cancellation or complete date change by the Client. If less notice is given, then Relaxa UK Limited reserves the right to charge the client for 50% of the agreed rate as a late cancellation fee. If 72-hours or less is given, then Relaxa UK Limited reserves the right to charge the client for 75% of the agreed rate as a late cancellation fee. If less than 24 hours is given, Relaxa UK Limited reserve the right to charge the client the full rate.
Relaxa UK Limited shall not be liable for any delay by its therapists, consultants or instructors beyond its control, in respect of any provision of service.

Data Protection
Relaxa UK Limited has taken due care to ensure all data received during the completion of an online questionnaire is full secure in compliance with the Data Protection Act
· SSL encrypted data – Equifax Secure Certificate
· Dedicated server housed inside secure data centre
· Server access passwords secured off-line
· Restricted assessment data access to end client administrators
· Completed reports stored securely in a password protected folder for each client
· Reports can be permanently deleted once downloaded if requested
Software licenses are provided per user and can be used once. Licenses are for one year unless a longer term is agreed prior to license purchase. All assessment data is owned by the Client.
Products
Deliveries
Customers should note that a delivery date may vary depending on the product ordered. Any delivery date given by Relaxa UK Limited will be an approximate date only. The delivery date for seating or desking will be confirmed approximately one week prior to delivery. Relaxa UK Limited shall not be liable for any delay beyond its control, in respect of delivery, however caused.
Where the Customer has failed to provide accurate or adequate delivery instructions or is not present to receive the delivery, Relaxa UK Limited reserves the right to make an additional charge for any delay or other resultant losses. Relaxa UK Limited will deliver to the address provided to a person who appears authorized and will have no liability for delivery to an incorrect address given by the Customer. All deliveries will require a signature.
Chair/Desk Installations
Relaxa UK Limited can provide a chair installation service. The amount for this service will be stated at the time of purchase. Relaxa’s installation team will contact each Customer to arrange an individual and mutually agreed upon time to provide this service. If the Customer should not be available at the time determined and do not inform Relaxa UK Limited a minimum of 48 hours before delivery, then the Customer will still be charged in full.
Faults and Returns
The Customer agrees to inspect any products at the time of delivery and, where Relaxa UK Limited provides an installation service, immediately afterwards. Where it is claimed by the Customer that a product is faulty or damaged Relaxa UK Limited, or manufacturers of the product, may wish to carry out a visual inspection. We therefore, request that the Customer notify Relaxa UK Limited in writing as soon as possible, providing details.
Relaxa UK Limited shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, or any willful damage, negligence, subjection to abnormal conditions of use, failure to follow the product’s instructions (whether oral or written), misuse or alteration of products without Relaxa UK Limited’s approval, or any other act or omission on the part of the Customer, its employees or agents or any third party not being an agent or sub-contractor of the company.
Should a genuine fault be identified Relaxa UK Ltd will;
(a) replace or repair within 30 days any products that are damaged or defective; or
(b) refund to the Customer the amount paid in respect of the defective products.
Customers returning products to Relaxa UK Limited must ensure that all products and packaging remain in the same condition as when received.
Warranty
In so far as is permitted by law, Relaxa UK Limited’s only liability to the Customer will be, its sole discretion to make good any shortage or non-delivery, to replace or repair any products which are received by the Customer in a damaged or defective state or to refund, any sums actually paid. All products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
Confidentiality and Disclaimers
Confidentiality
All information disclosed by a Customer, the Company, its employees or agents in connection with products or services will be treated in confidence and shall be treated by Relaxa UK Limited as confidential and shall not without prior written consent of the Company be divulged to any person other than (on a confidential basis) those persons to whom it is necessary to supply such information.
Disclaimers
Prior to receiving any service delivered on behalf of Relaxa UK Limited those persons to whom the service relates will be asked to read specific information that details the nature of the service, its aims and limitations. Following this a signature is required as a statement of agreement to the delivery of the service under these conditions.
