Team Leader Development
During this programme delegates will learn to take control and motivate their team to achieve the business objectives. They will develop an understanding of the key tools and techniques for developing and leading successful teams whilst maintaining motivation and team spirit.
Training course Style
This is an intensive programme involving role play between delegates to apply the tools and techniques learnt, encouraging self analysis and awareness to develop individual development plans. Delegates will be asked to relate real life situations to analyse their successes and failures.
