Training course style
This programme is driven by several different types of learning media involving a mixture of formal input, innovative break out sessions, role play and one to one coaching. Delegates will apply the tools and techniques learnt and will develop their individual action plans for continuous improvement. Delegates will be asked to bring their problems, reservations, and concerns to this programme so they can develop solutions
