Relaxa's Half Day Wellbeing Workshops
Relaxa offers a choice of half day health and wellbeing workshops. We can help your employees improve their performance and wellbeing whilst under pressure, using techniques learned on our wellbeing courses. The workshops focus on practical techniques for stress reduction as well as helping employees commit to a personal plan to improve their wellbeing whilst under pressure. Relaxa offers a holistic approach to managing stress more effectively. Relaxa's wellbeing courses are offered as half day workshops and can be tailored to meet the needs of the Client. Sessions include practical demonstrations and are fun, highly interactive and based on paired and group discussions. Exercises are provided for the course participants to practice in both the work and home environments.
